You already can do this, you already don't, because it's boring work that never reaches the top of the pile. We do it for you, and we remember every price you've ever paid, which no one can do by hand.
No. We deliberately skip POS integration, it's slow, it's what every competitor already does, and it's not what makes this work. You upload a photo of your sales report; we read it. Works with any register, even the old ones.
No constant SKU-level inventory counting is required. Kairo uses your sales reports, vendor costs and available store data to estimate daily performance, without requiring you to manually count every item on the shelf. Real stock and shrink tracking is available later, only if you want it.
You upload it directly in Kairo, snap a photo from your phone or drop in a PDF from your laptop. No app to install. During setup we can also photograph your invoice pile with you, in person, so the first two to four weeks of history is already there.
Every invoice is self-checked: we sum the line items and confirm they match the printed total. If they match, we trust it. If they don't, it's escalated and a human looks at it before anything reaches your dashboard. You approve nothing, but nothing ships unreviewed either.
If a current invoice hasn't arrived yet, Kairo can use historical cost and margin data to provide an estimate. When the actual invoice becomes available, the estimate can be updated using the new information, so you always see today's best number, not a blank screen.
Not today. Kairo's current platform doesn't require access to your bank account and never moves your money. Secure bank connectivity and payment reconciliation are planned future features that owners will be able to opt into.
